The Centre for Research and Information (CRI) is a not-for-profit policy research organization which aims to create a platform for public discussion on important matters of national policy in Bangladesh. The illustration depicts the legendary speech by the nation’s leader Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 7th March, 1971 addressing and empowering the common people to prepare themselves for the retaliation against the Pakistani forces for their unjust discrimination and oppression. The project was part of a collaboration between different artists displaying the illustrations in the same theme
